NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of NewWave Traders, LLC, a DBA of Global Digital Asset Trading, LLC. NewWave Traders (NWT) is defined as NewWave Traders, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents.

The NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards program Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the State of Idaho, U.S.A, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state laws. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. By participating in the NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume (TTV) Rewards program, Members consent that venue for all suits will be in within 55 miles of Boise, Idaho or, if there's no federal jurisdiction, venue will be in Boise, Idaho. The Program Terms and Conditions set forth here in supersede all prior Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Only total trading volume accumulated through futures contract trading for USDC and USDT contracts on the BitGet exchange will qualify as eligible total trading volume to be redeemed for rewards and qualifying perks, which are subject to change at the discretion of NewWave Traders, LLC without notice to participating members. Any trading volume accumulated in the spot markets, Quanto swap contracts, copy trading, or demo trading is not eligible to be redeemed in the Total Trading Volume Rewards Program. In addition to these restrictions for qualifying trading volume only total trading volume that is commissionable by BitGet Exchange to NewWave Traders, LLC under their partner agreement, subject to those terms and conditions, is eligible to be redeemed for qualifying rewards and perks of the Total Trading Volume Rewards Program.

Membership in and application for membership in the NewWave Traders Rewards Program is void if prohibited by law in the country of the Member's or applicant's domicile.

The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as NewWave Traders decides to terminate the Program, at any time, with or without notice. Regardless of the amount you participate in the Program, your right to accumulate trading volume and claim Rewards can be terminated by NewWave Traders immediately and any trading volume that has been accumulated but not redeemed for participating rewards becomes ineligible to do so at the termination of the program.

NewWave Traders reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, or Rewards pertaining to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Points or Reward Certificates or Confirmations already accumulated. This means that NewWave Traders may make changes that affect, but are not limited to, rules for earning eligible total trading volume, participating exchanges to earn trading volume on, redeeming Total Trading volume for rewards, perks or memberships, rules and procedures for the use of accumulated total trading volume, continued availability of Rewards, Reward types, and the features of special offers.

Only individuals of majority age in their state of residence may enroll in NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program and become Members (defined as individuals who have been accepted as Members by NewWave Traders). Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enroll in NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program.

Program membership entitles Members the right to earn Points, which can be redeemed for Rewards in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program. Member benefits and Rewards are offered in good faith, however may not be available if prohibited by law or regulation in Member's country of residence.

Members must not maintain membership in or earn Points on multiple accounts.

The term "point" is defined as: One point is equal to one USDT or USDC of trading volume. For example, if your total trading volume is 10,000 USDT or USDC then you have 10,000 points to be used on qualified rewards. Points are not redeemable for cash or crypto.

NewWave Traders reserves the right to suspend or discontinue NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program membership, including any Elite Tier status (including Bronze Member, Silver Member, and Gold Member status), for any Member who appears to be using the Program in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions or intent of the Program or any portion of the Program, including, but not limited to, Reward redemption or Certificate use. NewWave Traders also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any Member who NewWave Traders believes, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in its sole discretion, has: acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable local or federal laws, regulations or ordinances; breached or violated any of these Program Terms and Conditions; engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the account, including without limitation, involving Reward redemption or Certificate use, or other Member benefits; engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct, whether it be physical, verbal or written in nature, towards any hotel within the Hilton Portfolio or their guests or employees, or towards NewWave Traders or any of its employees or contractors, or failed to pay any bills or accounts due to NewWave Traders, LLC.

Such discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated Points and the cancellation of NewWave Traders Certificates, benefits and privileges, including the loss of any associated member status. In addition to discontinuance of NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program membership, NewWave Traders shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, without limitation, criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.

The sale or barter of any NewWave Traders Total Trading Volume Rewards Program , Certificates, Rewards Confirmations or other NewWave Traders benefits other than by NewWave Traders is prohibited. Any Points, Certificates or benefits which NewWave Traders, LLC deems in its sole discretion to have been transferred, sold or assigned in violation of Program Terms and Conditions may be confiscated or canceled.

All interpretations of Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of NewWave Traders

Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to the Program Terms and Conditions and as to the number of Points in his or her account. NewWave Traders may attempt, but is not required, to send correspondence to active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including notification of Point forfeiture or Program changes. Neither NewWave Traders, nor third party companies participating as marketing partners in the Program ("Marketing Partners") will be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Member contact information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail or e-mail for whatever reason.

Each Member is responsible for creating private account access information and for maintaining the security of that information. If the security of that information is breached by Member or a third party, NewWave Traders, LLC shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorized by Member, accumulation of Points, redemption of Rewards, or other account activity that occurs as a result, and in no event shall NewWave Traders be responsible for reimbursing Member for any Points redeemed or other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorized access. If Member becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized redemption of Member's Points or Rewards, Member must report the fraudulent activity to NewWave Traders in writing, within 90 days of it occurring, and provide all further requested information and cooperation to NewWave Traders to be eligible for reinstatement of lost Points or Rewards, which reinstatement may be awarded in NewWave Traders' sole discretion.

Each Member is responsible for advising NewWave Traders of any changes to his or her contact information.

Accrued Points and Reward Certificates and Confirmations do not constitute property of the Members. Except as specifically provided herein, neither accrued Points nor Reward Certificates/Confirmations are transferable for any reason or by operation of law.

If a member becomes deceased their points are forfeited and are no longer redeemable.

There are four member tiers that can be acquired. They are bronze, silver, gold, and diamond. Each tier is reached by hitting a total trading volume target as follows. Bronze is earned when you reach 500,000 total trading volume. Silver tier is awarded when you reach 2 million total trading volume. Gold tier is awarded when you reach 10 million total trading volume. Diamond is reached when you hit 20 million total trading volume. Once a membership tier is reached you will maintain that status, subject to the discretion of NewWave Traders, LLC so long as the member follows the terms and conditions set forth here. The perks of member tiers are subject to change at any time with, or without, notice to members from NewWave Traders.

Eligible rewards are as follows, but are subject to change at any time with, or without notice to participating members. Point redemption costs are subject to change at any time with, or without notice. A one hour One on one coaching session with Schyler or a qualified instructor determined by NewWave Traders can be redeemed for 1.5 million total trading volume points. Points are not to be reused/recycled. Points are non-refundable. Once they are spent they are gone forever. The three frame method program can be redeemed for 1 million total trading volume points. Lifetime group coaching discord membership can be redeemed for 5 million total trading volume. Lifetime group coaching discord membership is only available to members that are enrolled in the NewWave Academy. The NewWave Academy can be redeemed for 6.5 million total trading volume rewards points. Lifetime basic discord access can be redeemed for 2 million total trading volume rewards points.

Eligible rewards are subject to being added and removed at the discretion of NewWave Traders, LLC. This rewards program is independent from BitGet Exchange. They have no responsibility and take no participation in this Rewards Program.
